Had an issue with box and customer services got back to me the next day! Fab company :)
Definitely worth it...but not so much long term
I have enjoyed my cohorted subscription for a good 18 months or more now. I think they are a very good beauty subscription service. Whenever I have had an issue with my subscription such as a damaged item I have to say their customer service has been utterly faultless in my experience. Unfortunately I have now cancelled my subscription because I did find it was becoming a bit repetitive. Though the value of products is much more than what I pay, the value becomes much less so to me if I have already received several items that are either exactly the same or are a different brand but same product. I now have a stash of skin care products which is going to take me some time to get through. I am always disappointed by the lack of makeup in the subscription. There is some, but usually just samples or general things like primers. I have had some mini lipsticks from some good brands like Laura mercia but the two times I have had them they have been the exact same. I have had some ofra cosmetics, which I liked as I had never tried the brand but it has since been In the subscription a few more times and has been the exact same products. Although I've had some skin care products that have wowed me, I cant say the same for the makeup variety. Just samples it's seems and repetition...always brows, which I hate as I don't use brow products and end up giving them away. I think I would reconsider cohorted again if they alternated their subscription so one month was skin care and the next makeup and were a bit more careful not to repeat items so soon, or if they gave you an option, because i can imagine some people dont wear make up. For things like foundation they could maybe allow you to select your skin tone? I now have 2 of the induit boosts which came in consecutive orders. Why on earth would i need 2? It upped the value of the box sure but come on!
Anyway, customer service = great
Short term value for money = very good
Variety of skin care products = good
Variety of makeup products = poor

Amazing customer service and products
I live in the US and really appreciate that they have found a way to ship here without using the Royal Mail. I love my purchase and am just so grateful to everyone at Cohorted for making it possible. I also love the app/online magazine. It’s very well done. Thanks again to everyone at Cohorted.

Great value for money
Wow! I just love Cohorted- each month I recieve a box worth over £150 full to the brim of brands i love and brands I am keen to try. Great value for money!!

Deplorable company
Deplorable company. Avoid at all costs. Paused subscription then took money anyway and want me to pay to return item. I hadn’t even received the first box and they had taken money for the second. They make refunds as hard as possible with no return address in line and ask you to fill out a form on the website that’s not actually there! Abysmal customer service
Another day another disaster from…
Another day another disaster from Cohorted.
After them posting my parcel to my previous address (on the other side of the country) and doing absolutely nothing to help, they have done the same again this month. Still no one will call, still no one will help. They send an email saying when it's returned they'll be happy to forward it on. You've done this twice and make it impossible for customer to speak to you and EVRI and no better.

I came back to Cohorted after a three year absence. I had become dissatisfied with the products. I had heard things had changed so I ordered another box subscription and WOW! The Kate Somerville Goat Milk cream alone costs way more than the entire box and it is fabulous. There wasn’t a single thing in the box that didn’t delight me and I can’t wait for my next one.

Consistently good
I love the quality of the products and the value for money which is why I return year after year. Prompt delivery even though I ordered very close to Christmas. My only quibble being there were a couple of repeated products from last year. I would have preferred to sample something different.

Love the advent calendar!! Great value for money and really sets it apart from other beauty calendars. The calendar itself is beautiful and makes it a really great gift for someone else. I can't wait for this years!!

Espa Beauty Box
Ordered the Espa Beauty Box and absolutely love it! Multiple products have become a staple in my skincare routine. The value of the box is great and it’s been a super good way to try out some bits I’ve never used before too!!

Great value for money beauty boxes!
Great value for money beauty boxes! I have tried quite a few subscription boxes over the years and Cohorted have by far been the best I've experienced so far in terms of great brands and full sized products. Any products which don't work for me have been saved for presents for family so it's a win win. Their app which explains all of the products is also really helpful!

Good but getting a bit repetitive
I’ve subscribed for a while now and overall boxes are good quality. Delivery has been reliable and customer service, on the odd occasion I’ve had to use it, has been fine. But I have noticed boxes are getting a bit repetitive and you no longer have the chance to try as many different/new brands or products as you used too. To wanderer beauty boxes in the space of a few months for example, or two reduit boost devices in the space of a few months (one October one December) isn’t what I’m looking for. Will see what the next few months bring but worth looking back at past boxes before deciding whether to subscribe.

Cohorted Advent Calendar
I ordered the Cohorted Advent Calendar and what an amazing calendar. Once you open it the painted picture looks so lovely and the calendar is definitely a keepsake for me to store things in each compartment.
The quality of products is brilliant too and such. great price for what you receive in the calendar. Definitely recommend buying this advent calendar as opposed to other ones. Look out for next year!

Haven’t received my order yet …
Haven’t received my order yet despite placing it 10 days ago and being told it was 48 hours delivery. Sent 4 emails to customer service. Only 1 response received saying they would send a replacement out on overnight delivery. That was 4 days ago.
Very disappointed, particularly since one of the items was an advent calendar. I’ve asked for a refund and heard nothing

AVOID!!! Ordered the advent box
Ordered the advent box, over 9 days still not received.
After reading reviews clearly the issue is with the advent box, emailed them to only find out information that I can myself find using the tracking details.
If they’re not able to deliver the products they should simply state that they don’t have the inventory. It’s frustrating because I was charged for the delivery that just never delivered!
Update 4/12:
Received the advent … actual advent box broken, doesn’t open up neatly falls as you open it. Not tried products yet.
Never getting it again! Just not worth the hassle.
